Camera arrived on the 27 Feb good quality item , the only problem was that I could not get it to work .I emailed Zosi and they where very helpful in trying to solve this problem , but even with the links they provided me with I still could not get it to set up , ???? Maybe fault on camera or not compatible with my DVR box . Zosi very good issued me with a prepayment returns label and refund , cannot fault the company in any way.
