Waist of time - Lists an Item wrongly and makes believe its the buyers fault on buying it. If you list " Kia Sorento 02-11 " and mine is 07 why should I check the matrix to see if my 170BHP engine is on it ? On the emails it sounded as if it was my fault and he was doing me a favor, after loosing almost a week, to send me the right part at the same price. In the end he refunded me.. Have now bought the parts for 1/2 the price from a different eBay Seller. Happy New Year

The title is not a guarantee of fitment, the matrix is a better guide, but still not a guarantee as there are other factors that can determine if a part will or will not fit your vehicle. These factors can include, but not limited to, Engine Number, Engine Code, Chassis Number, Production Date. We also sent a message asking for vehicle details to confirm fitment and save this time. the listing itself also advises to supply the vehicle reg . I am sorry you were not happy with the process.

Good service from WorldCarParts for this part, arrived with the timescale stated and they delivered to my garage directly. You have to supply Vin Number, Reg, OEM number of part otherwise you may be charged for an incorrect purchase but they checked this and emailed me to confirm all was good. Overpriced item but overall very happy with the service which got my wife’s car back on the road… Would recommend as other suppliers were inferior compared to WorldCarParts
