Tape recorder arrived in a very damaged box and was covered in what looked like scratches. I do not think it was new as advertised in the listing. It was also not very well packaged, just wrapped in a black cling film like material. I did get a refund and the communication from the seller was good but still very disappointed that the item was not as described.

A nice clock radio. I contacted seller as radio not been delivered on day that Yodel had advised. Got a good response from her and the package arrived on 19/3 instead of 15 and 16/3.The only negative is Yodel they could have mesaged me with info that there was a delay and provide a date for delivery, even a text to say they were on the way. I did not enjoy staying in for 2 days for nothing. Violetdragon has a good website shame about the courier
