I contacted this seller to see if the item was the correct size and new as no labels in pictures. They sent me an offer but ignored several messages I sent them. I ended up taking the chance and purchasing. The item had not arrived I messaged the seller to ask what was happening again no response. It was not even dispatched till the following week. The item itself is perfect new with labels, well packaged but due to the non responsive seller and late delivery not the best experience.

ordered 29th December, received 10th January. Ordered 36L, Received 40L Contacted them and asked to return via Evri, as that is the most local post location to me, Was told to use ebay for return, and was sent a Royal mail label? Absolute waste of space seller, just making issues up out of nothing! Charged £4 for delivery of something that slips off me. was offered a replacement, but couldnt be waiting until february for an item ordered in decmber so refused this option for a refund.
