Purchased this welder. Arrived in good time, well packed. plugged it in and it immediately tripped the main board in the house. Reset and tried again. Contacted seller and they asked me if I could "mend it myself" !! . Then asked if I could send a video of it working !! Eventually received a return label and got a refund with the help of Ebay.

The unit arrived on time good service but when I unpacked it the case of the machine was damaged on the corner ,when I contacted unitweld2 they were very helpful and they offered compensation which I accepted the company was very good and I would certainly use them again The machine works very well and am very pleased with it
