Seller sent the wrong item. I am housebound with arthritis and requested seller collect the item for return. Was told by seller to "ask a friend or neighbour" to take the item to the Post Office even though it wasn't my fault. This wasn't possible so I had to pay a taxi to take the item for me to enable me to get a refund! I have 2659 transactions on Ebay and never been told this before. Seller obviously putting profit before the welfare of their disabled customers. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING.

Slight quality problems (down to the manufacturer) with the long johns but seller offered full refund on return of goods with no strings attached so very happy with the service I received. An earlier purchase (white version) was a total success so I rate this seller highly as I have seen both sides of their business acumen. Excellent and swift action and communication at all times.
