Absolutely awful. Wrong item supplied, wasted over an hour of labour (£50.00) then asked for a return. Return agreement wasn't easy but eventually they agreed. Then I had to pay postage return, which I did through ebay.
Repackaged then took it to the Post Office who said they couldn't take it as it was 11.2KG but the label was up to 10KG!
Spoke with them again and simply they're not interested.
