Product sent DIFFERENT from advertised product (V3 pro showing flat bench) despite me checking in chat before purchase. Sent 15%angled bench-not what I wanted. Fantastic customer service,
BUT i was sent a lower spec bar that was ex demo not new and the bar had NOT been refurbished, i had to disassemble and service the bar myself as it was rusted inside and bearings seized.
I was refunded a small amount for the incorrect bar which i was grateful for.
But honestly i have never been happy and it put me off buying anything else from either the eBay site or the website which i really wanted to.
