I bought the IDSONIX M.2 NVME Enclosure from seller, it arrived on schedule and packaged securely. I installed my 4TB drive, but the drive wasn't correctly seen by the OS. I contacted the seller to report the issue and the response was prompt, almost immediately. They advised I swap the cable and test, this resulted in the OS now seeing the drive. I reported back to the seller and they offered to refund 10% of the total cost of the item, this was then sent to me. I recommend this seller to all.

Ich bin sehr Zufrieden mit dem Verkäufer. Nach dem Kauf wurde die Steckdosenleiste sehr schnell an mich versendet, und ist nach wenigen Tagen bei mir Eingetroffen.
