Ordered a white Pre lit 7ft tree! But they sent a standard green tree that I could have got in a pound shop! I first made contact about this is 19 days ago and they are still trying to talk me out of a full refund to instead keep the tree and have a 25% refund! I paid £60 for that tree and that’s all they can offer! Telling me it’s costly to send back! Absolutely disgusting! Steer well clear of this company

Good price & very quick delivery - Item as described apart from the "plug/transformer" the plug/transformer is horizontal out from the socket rather than vertical as pictured. It was to long to go into my waterproof socket box so I had to use the lights elsewhere.
