bought a gaming pc from this shop recently and at first everything was alright, came very nicely packaged and looked brand new. After a few days the graphics card started crashing. Contacted Blackhawk gaming and they were happy to replace the graphics card for me. I took about 3 days for everything to get sorted , i have sent the old graphics card to them on Tuesday and Friday installed the new and better one. Everything runs smoothly now with now issues at all. Amazing shop, highly recommend.
