There was a problem with the delivery when the courier, DPD, provided a picture to say delivery had been made. The picture was not my address and there were no clues as to where it had been left. Also the tracking was not completed so EBay thought it must still be in transit. Livewell Today acted very promptly and supplied another item which arrived successfully the following day. 10/10

Well packaged in a large box, easy to put together, there were some bolts missing so I contacted the supplier and they apologised and sent me out the screws in the post the next day, excellent customer service, would definitely buy from them again

Had to return as it turned to be neither SAD nor Therapy lamp. Waisted time unfortunately, and the eyes of my teens were at risk for several days because I was confused by the description here. Would leave a negative feedback but the money were returned in full, good communication with the Seller and the product itself came beautifully packed and looked good. Should have paid attention to the price 🙄
