It took over a week to get a shipping tracking code. I'm not sure whether that is ebay fault or the seller took a week to ship it since it seemed to update the day after he responded a week later to my message asking for the the tracking code. Package was as described, very happy with the item.

Not the most reliable packaging for such an expensive device, you could take a more responsible approach to shipping. The description indicates a calibration microphone, but it was not in the package, which also affected my feedback.

Unfortunately we did not receive the internal packaging when the unit was traded in. This is why we had to use bubble wrap etc in the original box. This was noted on the advert. We will have a look into the calibration microphone, as it should have been in the box.
