Bike was purchased as a refurbished item but hygge sent us a totally new bike! Great comms and a slight misunderstanding about the shipping costs was dealt with quickly. We also received the bike in only 2 working days. Very happy with the bike, which comes with 6 months warranty. Had to do the usual checks which come with getting a bike in a box, battery was fully charged too. Had a whiz round on it tonight and it's a high quality item from a very professional seller. Recommended!

The seat is comfortable, it’s easy to use and does exactly what it says it will do.
I am 5ft 2” and it’s a bit big for me, have to stand on tip toes, even with the seat right down as low as it will go.
The seller had good communication, keeping me up to date with delivery.
