I did contact seller numerous times but while they were polite in their responses, they were not very helpful when contacted about my order not arriving, but eBay were excellent and have issued a refund. The problem arise when the package, although dispatched very quickly , tracking showed the package stuck for over a week at a mail centre on the last leg of the journey and the seller just wasn't very helpful. Give stars for Ebay
