I was informed delivery 4-10 of the month, it arrived on 5th. therefore no problem with speed of service. This mattress is terrific value for money, I took a chance on a refurb, and it's fabulous. Looks brand new, and as described, it was well packaged in its box, and we gave it the 24 hours before we used it. One complaint would be, as others have described, that after ordering the goods there was zero communication from the seller, and no tracking available.

Absolutely terrible service and an absolute scam. They somehow managed to lose my super king mattress twice in the Mail. When I asked for an explanation they told me to call up the delivery device and ask myself, so I did and was told that had never even sent out the mattress to begin with. This was an extremely stressful situation and the staff didn’t help. I still haven’t received my refund. I ordered 2 months in advance before moving out and they still couldn’t deliver on time. Stay away.

I’ve not received the mattress which I have paid for. I have contacted the supplier. They have not done nothing about supplying the mattress and they have not refunded my money. They said it may take 14 days. This is not good enough companies like that give eBay a bad nameI should’ve had my money returned straight away when they knew it was not in stock. They told me they could not find a replacement. This is obviously a rogue company would not advise anyone to buy anything from them.
