Messaged vendor around 3pm who responded within half an hour and correct bolt arrived the following morning. Using a test of how a vendor deals with customer issues this service was outstanding. The lawn looks pretty good too.

I was disappointed to find out that the mattress were put back in the box with 2 industrial zip ties. The seller initially confirmed that it is new and unused and the only flaw is the damaged box. It is very obvious that the mattress was opened and used. I tried to contact the seller but there is no response. I don’t think the price is I paid is equivalent to the product I received.
