Although postage was speedy i ordered small double mattress and received a double instead. Return label provided wasn't suitable for the item because of the weight of it. Contacted seller. They did get back to me 3 days later but got the feeling they couldn't care less. I've sold the mattress on myself luckily as time wasn't on my side and it would have been a hassle. Wouldn't use this seller again.

Beware , said they had sent it and courier had lost it and then said they had sent another which never turned up , had to use eBay to get a response from sellaer as did not reply to my messages and when I put a dispute with eBay , told would take 3 to 5 working days to get a refund , funny how I have to pay on the dot but doesn't happen in reverse , terrible customer service and too many lies for me

After hearing minimal information from seller apart from theyd contact courier(which they havent), i contacted fedex myself to chase up package and they tell me after over a week they still havent contacted FedEx to arrange collection of the item, even though seller said it would be delivered by the 4th Jan. Poor communication!!!! Not happy... still don't have matress a week after placing order with 2-3 day delivery stated!!!!
