Items were delivered on time, unfortunately 2 of the 3 statues were damaged the seller quickly arranged for replacement items to be sent which arrived quickly but again 1 of the statues arrived damaged the seller then arrange for a partial refund to compensate for the damaged statue. I suggested that the packaging they ship using needs to be looked at as it was poor which was obvious due to the amount of damaged products received! Communication with seller was good

Seller was exemplary. Immediate posting, tracking provided. The courier was poor. I won’t go into the details here, except to say that they messed up a delivery to “Post and Packing”, a company that they deliver to daily. I live on a narrowboat. I have no choice but to request click and collect. I have passed my comments related to their almost comedic incompetence to the seller.
