    Very fast delivery but take note, it is not a sublimation printer out of the box, work needs to be done to enable it to print for sublimation and I feel that should be mentioned in sales description, others do. Good clear instructions are provided for setup so it should not be too difficult, hopefully. This is a quite well known company so I think buyers can feel secure purchasing from them, just be more transparent with descriptions.

    I bought this on fri evening , cust sent lins on sat, Ihad an issue with registering software, messaged seller and Shane responded very quickly, my last message was late on saturday, Today (sunday) , I got a message from Shane, with a solution , thats above and beyond excelent customer service. I bought from this shop a few years back.(Bought an Epson L382 (sublimation package) also got an icc profile which arrived very qu I have o hesatation buying from them in the future
