Sizing is accurate, I would suggest replacing the protection supplied and I found the upper arm section is quite large. Overall it looks the business and a great winter buy. I really like the Jacket and Trousers, the size chart was most definitely helpful as bike gear , sizes are quite different to normal clothing .
