A little confused with the despatch info, the listing states despatched from Bury st Edmunds U.K. but tracking shows my cabinet came via customs in Germany ! Having said that it was delivered in very good time and expertly packaged. It is a good value for money cabinet and took just a few minutes to fit wheels and handle. A good seller to deal with for a nice smooth transaction.

This item was listed as free delivery however, I got a message from DPD saying that I'd have to pay £47.48 import charge before they would deliver it. The seller advised that they would reimburse this to me after. The item then arrived damaged so I returned it. The seller then refunded the cost of the item but not the import charge as agreed so I'm £47.48 out of pocket. Very bad service!!!

The item was accurately described and the service was very fast but it was slightly let down by the courier crushing the package somehow in transit which damaged and loosened the lock and hinges. The lock was pushed through the side of the package. I managed to open the lock and for my purposes it will be ok or I will fit a better lock but there needs to be some padding around the lock to prevent this.
Overall a great item at a great price just let down by heavy courier handling
