Item took much longer than expected to arrive. Seller ignored messages and case opened in complaint via eBay. When items finally arrived the two "yellow" ID holders were not yellow at all but an off greyish yellow colour nothing at all like the photos. Very poor and complete lack of customer service and response from seller. Would not buy from them again

Apologies for any upset. Your order was dispatched within 24hrs of being submitted, due Thurs-Fri. Your case was opened Saturday when we're closed; we replied to your case first thing on Monday. Delivery was confirmed on tracking at 10:20 am and you closed the case that evening without any reply. I can confirm that the product shown in the photo is what was sent to you. I'm sorry to see that you did not contact us before opening the case/leaving feedback, we would have been happy to help.
