Ordered on the pretext of next day delivery. I was notified that evening that the item had been collected for delivery, that was the 27th December. No updates from the delivery company were forthcoming, and nothing on the tracking information. I reached out to the seller for an update on the 2nd January. Following our return to the house on the evening of the 2nd Jan in what was extremely inclement weather we found the box soaking wet stuck on the front door step in full view of the road.
