We are a UK based company and have all our items in stock ready for immediate
shipment. Having traded on eBay for a number of years we are now a recognised
powerseller.
We specialise in Dell components and also have a wide range of batteries and
AC adapters for most makes of laptops. We are very competitive with our prices
and aim to not be beaten on price or value.

Payment
We only accept payments through PayPal. Please ensure all payments are made
within 10 days of winning an item.
Delivery
We use both Royal Mail and APC couriers to ship your order depending on the
size/weight of the item(s). We aim to dispatch all orders same day if your order
is placed before 3pm (Monday - Friday). We will only ever ship to address that
is on your account; collection is not available on any of our items.
Returns / Refunds
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you wish to return an item for
any reason please contact us and we will provide you with details of how to
return the item. When returning an item please make sure the product is complete
and unused, in an 'as new' condition.
If an item is received faulty please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
The item will be tested by us and if the fault is genuine then you will receive
