Very solid, more than expected. Alarm can vary in volume but is mostly as loud as advertised. Lock is advertised as "requiring batteries". My 2 arrived in sturdy boxes, each including 6 deteriorated batteries but don't be put off because the locks themselves each also contained preinstalled good batteries. I'm a private buyer so I can't promise you'll get likewise but my two were as advertised PLUS 6 preinstalled working batteries. Seller is very helpful. So all exceeded expectations.

Great quality product and excellent seller, although American postal service has no clue what's going on. I kept getting emails saying final delivery complete and received by individual in LA postal deport while I live in New Zealand. Yet package still arrived weeks later. WTF.
