Why are your prices so low?

We source our items directly from manufacturers and we are able to keep our cost low by operating close to our manufacturers.  Without going through a wholesaler and not incurring high warehousing and retail rentals, as well as shipping directly from our manufacturer, we are able to keep our cost at its lowest and pass the savings to our customers and thus we offer low prices.


Do I get discounts if I often buy from you?

Our prices offered in eBay are very competitive and we hope to attract more bids and sales in return for a larger volume of business to reap economies of scale.

Shipping


When will the items be sent out?

The items will be packed and dispatched within 24 hours upon receiving your payment from Paypal. To avoid any delay, please provide your preferences e.g. colour if available, or change of address in the notes section while making payment with Paypal.


How do I know the items are sent out?

Please check your email as used in eBay or Paypal as we will inform you via a shipping notification email when the item is dispatched. Also, on your eBay page, the item will be indicated as sent.


How soon can I receive the items?

Depending on your local postal system, it will take 7-20 business days (or 10-30 days) to reach you upon the item being dispatched to our post office. As we receive a large volume of orders, we appreciate your understanding and patience to wait for 10-15 days before contacting us.  Should the item not reached within the above time frame, please allow a few more days in event of an unexpected delay at the postal system.  


Do you offer express shipping?

Yes, we can provide EMS which takes 3-5 business days.  Please enquire further for rates to your country.


How long exactly will it take to get my order?

Typically it will take 7-10 business days for customers in the US.  For UK, Australia and New Zealand, shipping will take 7-15 business days.  For other countries, it will take 10-20 business days.  You may refer to our dedicated page on Shipping.  As soon as payment is received or cleared from PAYPAL, we will dispatch the order within 24 hours unless it is a holiday or weekend. Hope for your patience.


Do you provide tracking number?  Do you use Registered Mail Service?

Only when optional insurance is paid or if specified in our eBay item pages, we will send using Registered Mail service which requires your signature upon delivery. 

For orders above US$20 or equivalent, we will send usinig registered mail service. Please ensure your name as per PAYPAL records are correct as it requires your signature upon delivery of the item.

How can I track?

For customers from US, you may track them at USPS.com.

With Registered Mail service, you can track at the Originating post office web site at http://www.hongkongpost.com/eng/tracking/index.htm.

More importantly, you can track at the individual Destination post offices such as http://www.usps.com, http://www.royalmail.com, http://www.auspost.com, etc.  Please note that not all post office web sites allow for tracking of items sent from overseas.  Please also note that when the item is in transit, the tracking results will not show anything except when the item is finally delivered or a notice is being left at the address due to not able to receive your signature.


I have not received the item. How long more do I wait?  What do I do?

How can I tell if my item has been delivered?

For orders above US$20, you can always request for a tracking number after 15 days and check with your local post office. For smaller orders, we will check with our post office if there is any returned mails.


Will I receive a refund if I do not get my item?

If the item is lost in the mail or returned to us, you will receive an entire refund via PAYPAL. Please allow up to 30 days from the date of sending for the refund process to complete so to ensure that the item has been delivered in case of an unexpected delay.  However, if the item was tracked and shown as delivered, please contact your post office to confirm and clarify as we will not process any refund.

How do I pay?  What payment methods are available?

At present, we can only accept payment via Paypal or credit card. If you do not have Paypal or a credit card, we would suggest to ask a friend to pay on your behalf and quote your Ebay userid in the note section.


Do you accept other payment methods other than PAYPAL?

I am sorry but we preferred PAYPAL. As a matter of fact, PAYPAL protects buying customers' interest whereby a claim can be put forth in the event of an item not received or not as per description.
