 We are happy to accept returns if you aren't satisfied with your items for any reason, and will offer an exchange or refund provided the items are returned unused, and in the same condition they arrived in. (Please note, however, we cannot accept Directions, dreadcare products, tattoo aftercare balm or body piercing aftercare solution if they've been opened).
If you have ordered an item in the wrong size we will be happy to exchange it for you, as long as you provide the extra postage. When returning an item, please include a copy of the invoice along with the extra postage.
Please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
 If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason at all, or haven't received your order, please contact us before leaving neutral or negative feedback, or opening a dispute. We will make every effort to resolve the issue, as your satisfaction is very important to us.
