Every item sold is well-packed and posted within 1-3 working days. The P&P charge includes the cost of packaging, shipping, and handling.

Each invoice gives you the option of adding the small cost of Recorded Delivery/ International Signed For to the postage. We STRONGLY advise customers to choose this option, especially for higher value orders, so that the item is insured and tracklable, and requires a signature on delivery for added security. Moreover, should Royal Mail fail to deliver your parcel, we will be able to claim back the cost and so offer you a refund or replacement.

All UK orders are sent by First Class Post, so should be delivered the next working day. Overseas orders are sent by Royal Mail Standard Airmail. Delivery times can vary, but generally items arrive at European destinations within 3-5 working days, and worldwide within 5-7 working days.

Dispatch dates will be added to the 'Order Details' page in your 'My eBay.'

Once you have received your order and are completely satisfied with the transaction, we ask that you leave us positive feedback and we will of course do the same.

Feedback is important to a seller as it reinforces our good reputation and shows other customers we are trustworthy and reliable.

Please could you mark us fairly on the Detailed Seller Rating. For example, we dispatch orders quickly, but Royal Mail don't always deliver quickly - obviously, this isn't our fault. Also, our P&P charge includes actual postage, plus the cost of quality packaging and time spent. We feel all our P&P charges are fair.
