We are happy to accept returns within 21 days of the transaction. Items must be returned to us in their original unused condition with tags intact. (Please include your return slip with all sections fully complete). Please note: We do not pay return postage costs and original postage costs are non refundable. We will issue you with a refund to your PayPal account once we receive the item back.

We recommend using a tracked postal service to return items as parcels can go missing in the post. On the rare occasion that a returned item goes missing in the post, we are only able to offer an exchange of the same value if adequate proof of postage is provided. We are not liable to offer refunds for missing items.

On the rare occasion that you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us and return the item following the regular returns procedure. We will refund postage costs for returning the item to us and offer a full refund or exchange as required.

Refunds or exchanges can take up to 3 workings days to be processed once we have received the item back.
