If your item has not arrived within these timescales please contact us so that we can track your parcel.

In the case of lost items, we are required to wait 7 days after receiving notification before we can issue refunds or replacement items.

Orders cannot be automatically combined. Please contact us prior to making multiple purchases to arrange for combined postage discount. We cannot automatically refund postage for orders without prior notice.
