POSTAGE DISCOUNT: We combine postage for multiple purchases to save you money! Simply click the buy it now button on all the products you require. We'll then send you an invoice with the discounted postage price on it

COURIER SERVICE: Large orders are sent via courier service. Upon delivery the consignment has to be signed for! Delivery is Monday to Friday unless we have arranged otherwise with you. If you know you won't be in to sign then choose a neighbour, friend or work address. Please let us know immediately through 'send the seller a message' if you are changing your delivery address. You can also telephone us! Or leave a note on your front door for the courier company explaining that you are expecting a delivery and authorise them to leave the parcel at your house. Clearly sign and date this note

E CHEQUE: Please remember this method of payment can take upto 10 days to clear and slows down the transaction process!

EMAILS: Please note that our transaction emails are sent through an automated system! If such an email does not make sense please ignore it if you have been communicating with us directly regarding an individual request!

LOCAL CUSTOMERS: If you live locally, in N lRELAND, we can offer you a good postage discount! Simply click the buy it now button on all the products you require. We'll then send you an invoice with the discounted delivery price on it. Delivery of large products throughout N. IRELAND e.g. pedal tractors is NEXT DAY excluding Sundays and bank holidays. Please note: A collection service for local internet customers is not available from our premises.

Multiple purchases are eligible for

postage and packaging price

discounts!

 

 

-          Buyers of multiple purchases should:

   request an invoice from the seller before paying

 

-  Workwear and Farming Traders will then send an ammended invoice to ensure  a postage discount is given  

 

 

  • All parcels are despatched Monday to Friday
  • Heavy and large consignments are sent via courier
  • Lighter and small consignments are sent via Royal Mail
  • Postage costs and details are noted in each product listing

 

 

  • 90% of ALL OUR DESPATCHED PARCELS will have a tracking number: 

        

 

-          In the event of a delivery delay it is possible to check the parcel location by entering the tracking number into the live track and trace link on the courier and postal websites 

 

-          Tracking numbers will ONLY be issued in situations of prolonged parcel delay or loss

 (Note: royal mail do not consider parcels lost until they have not arrived 30 days after despatch. after this time period royal mail will fully investigate the report of a lost parcel)

       PROOF OF DESPATCH
