If you would like to pay by credit card please give us a call on 0845 505 8111 after you have won the item. Wicked Gadget products are fully tested, data cleaned and unlocked where stated. iPhones are factory unlocked, and will not re-lock when plugged into iTunes or after updating software. Items will be sent using a courier next day delivery service, however please allow up to 48 hours for us to process your order.
For orders placed Monday to Friday, we do our best to deliver within 48 to 72 hours. Any orders placed on a Friday or on bank holidays may take slightly longer. Enquiries will be answered during our office hours which are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, if you email us out with these hours please be patient if you do not receive a response right away. We respond to queries as quickly as possible.
Shipping times vary, but are normally between 2-3 working day for UK shipments. Overseas deliveries will take slightly longer depending on your location, Europe is normally between 3-7 working days, Rest of World can take up to 14 days using our standard delivery. If you are overseas and would like to pay extra for express shipping, just email us with your details before you checkout and we will get back to you with a quotation. If there is a delay with your order we will let you know.
