Returns

You may return unused products within seven (7) days of delivery for a full refund of the cost of the goods, or an exchange if preferred. The refund amount will be the full purchase price of the item LESS the delivery charges.

We will only pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. We reserve the right to reject the returns of goods which are not returned in accordance with our Returns Policy and we may request that you pay for the shipping of such goods back to you. Our Returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

All our products come with a sixty (60) day guarantee, should your product develop a fault within the first sixty (60) days after receipt of the goods we will offer an exchange or repair of the device.

Please note that these return guidelines only apply to product purchased from Wicked Gadget. We cannot accept returns of product purchased elsewhere.

1. Please return products in their original packaging, along with your original order form within seven (7) days of receipt of your returns authorisation. If you are returning faulty, damaged or goods sent incorrectly by us, we will refund your postage costs upon verification.

2. Request a Return Authorisation ("RA") number by contacting our Customer Services by sending an email to info@wickedgadget.com or calling our team on 0845 505 8111.

3. Please complete the Return Authorisation Form (included with your order) including marking the RA number on the form and return it with your original order form and the products. We are unable to process your return without the RA number.

4. Please make sure that your return package is packed and sealed securely. Your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, so we recommend using Royal Mail Registered Post. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels that get lost on the way to us.

5. Refunds will be credited to your debit/credit card no later than 7 days after we receive your returned goods.

6. Where goods are found to be faulty and a replacement is requested, the item will be replaced free of charge. Should stock and suitable availability preclude us from doing this; a credit will be provided for an alternative replacement online purchase.

7. Any damage, fault or virus defecting the original Redeem product occurring due to user or third party modification, including component and software implementation not supplied by us will not be covered by any Seller warranty and we reserve the right to charge for any labour, parts and delivery charges incurred.

The guarantee will only cover manufacturer faults and does not cover the following: • Damage caused by liquid • Intentional damage • Damage caused by dropping the product or intentional mistreatment • Improper use of accessories • Faults or damage that may arise due to normal wear & tear – e.g. scratches to screen • Battery Life

Please also note that the guarantee is valid from the initial date of purchase - if any replacements are offered in exchange for a faulty product the warranty is still only valid from the original date of purchase.
