Throughout the site you will notice that items are catagorised under certain conditions grades of which are explained in detail below.
The term New B-Stock is fairly open ended in the sense that it covers items that have been either ex-display from a manufacturers trade show, been a catalogue return in terms of being ordered in error or just simply a discontinued line that has been purchased cheaper.
Items with this description are likely to be ex-display from our showroom and to have been stored in a glass cabinet or shelved for display purposes. These items almost always come complete with box, manual and original accessories.
As the name suggests these are units that will have had a limited period as a demonstration unit. These also always come complete with box and manual etc... They also come with a one year guarantee and any cosmetic defects will be listed in detail.
This term refers to items that have been factory repacked. Things like this can occur when an item is not sufficiently packaged and requires further protection or items that have their original box lost after being on display etc. These items are usually always in excellent condition and if you can live with not having the original box will save you lots of money.
These items will be returns from manufacturers that have been repaired or recalled and modified. These items are in good condition normally with their original box and come complete with a full 1 Year Guarantee.
Products listed as preowned will have been purchased and serviced by us ready for resale. All item specifics will be listed on these items and images that we use throughout the site where possible are actual images of the products so as to show as much detail as possible. Items that are preowned usually come with a 90 day guarantee which covers parts and labour.
Quite simply items with this tag are brand new in the box and come complete with a full 1 Year Guarantee.
