 Q: I have returned my item but have not received a refund yet ?
  A: We refund items within 3 working days of arrival.Please check with your delivery company that your item has been delivered to us before sending us a message . Please check your Paypal account to see if the refund is being processed , Paypal can take 3-7 days to refund you even though we have already processed your refund.
 Q: Can I cancel my order ?
  A: Sorry once you have paid we cannot cancel orders as we have an automated ordering system.
 Q: Do you combine postage ?
  A: No as the standard 2nd class delivery is free and charged for services such as Recorded/Signed For/1st Class or Airmail are set at the price we are charged.
 Q: Can I pay with Postal Order/Bankers Draft/Cheque/Via Telephone ?
  A: We only accept Paypal Instant Payments.
 Q: What is your returns policy ?
  A: Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery. To return your item please log it in with the ebay returns system – you can find this in My Ebay >Purchase History > Return An Item. Once you have sent us your return request we will accept it and you will then receive returns slip with the returns address. We do not pay your return postage.

 Q: Do you do Buyer Collect ?
  A: No
 Q: Can you give me the measurements for ..... ?
  A: Please scroll down the listing to the large description box under the photograph where most measurements are given.
 Q: When will you post my order ?
  A: We post within 1 working day (Monday - Friday, excluding Bank Holidays)Please note if you purchase your item on a Friday it will not be posted until Monday . If you chose FREE delivery your item will be sent 2nd class which takes 3-5 working days to be delivered after the dispatch date.
 Q: Do you have this item in another size/colour ?

  A: Please scroll down the listing to the large description. In the description we mention all details such as pockets, linings, hoods, zips, buttons, vents, underwiring, padding etc.

 Q: I have returned an item, when do I receive my refund ?
  A: We refund all items within 3 working days of us receiving the parcel back. Please note that Paypal refunds can take 3-7 days to arrive in your account. We can only refund the Paypal account that you originally paid from. Thanks
 Q: Do you accept Best Offers ?
  A: No
 Q: My item is too big/too small, I would like to have a different size ?
  A: Please return your item using the Ebay Returns System where you can add a message stating which size you would like instead. Thanks
 Q: What are the delivery times for the UK ?
  A: All FREEPOST UK destination orders are posted 2nd class (3-5 working days) or you can select a faster service such as Recorded/Signed For/1st Class for an extra fee.Please remember that the 3-5 working days is from when Royal Mail collected the parcel from us, not from when you purchased it. It takes 1 working day to pick and pack your item.
 Q: Do you offer combined postage ?
  A: No all our BUY IT NOW UK deliveries are freepost. Airmail prices are discounted for additional items if you use the shopping basket feature on ebay.co.uk

  A: Europe 3-5 days Americas Middle East Asia Far East Australasia 5-7 days
 Q: How can I contact you ?
  A: Please contact us through the ebay messages system. This is for your buyer protection.We answer messages Monday - Friday 9am-5pm. Please do not email or telephone as we only reply to messages received through ebay's Message System.
 Q: I want to change my order ?
  A: Sorry we are unable to change orders as they are immediately in the dispatch and packing process. Please do not order a different size to what you actually want or add notes requesting different sizes.
 Q: Can you confirm what I have ordered ?
  A: You can check what you have ordered in My Ebay> Purchase History this will show your order.
 Q: Where is my parcel ?
  A: Please ask at your local sorting office if you have not received your parcel.You will only need your ID/proof of your address to collect your parcel from the sorting office. We hear from customers that the Postie's sometimes do not leave a card. If it is not at your local sorting office, please send a message through ebay notifying us.
