Payment: We accept PayPal and Bank Transfer. Please contact us if paying via Bank Transfer for our details.
Shipping: Shipping for most items takes 2-5 working days. The wooden ranges and some special order items take 2-4 weeks. All orders require a contact telephone number for the couriers, if one is not supplied, it may delay your order.
Delivery: Delivery charges are specified on each listing. Furniture orders to the following areas may incur a £6 delivery surcharge per item: Shetlands, Orkneys, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, and some remote Highland areas and other islands. If in doubt email us at info@whitediabolo.co.uk to find out if your address occurs a surcharge.
Prices: All prices and shipping are shown inclusive of VAT at the current rate of £17.5% - no hidden charges. Our VAT number is GB 984464769.
Returns: If your item is faulty or incorrect we will arrange collection and delivery of a new item at no cost to you or you will be offered a full refund once the item is collected. Please inform us within 14 days of receipt. Returns for other reasons will be accepted within 14 days of receipt, customer to pay
all shipping costs.
Feedback: We will leave positive feedback once feedback has been received, this is so we know the order has been delivered successfully and you are happy with it. Should there be any problems with your order, please contact us prior to leaving negative, neutral or low star feedback, we can always resolve any problems.
Privacy Policy: Your details are only used to ensure a quick and smooth delivery of your order. We never see sensitive financial information as this is handled by our secure payment gateway, PayPal.
