Due to restrictions on the postage of alcoholic products and differing excise taxation,
whiskyundspirituosen.de does not engage in any form of distance selling outside the borders of the Federal Republic of Germany.
We only deliver to addresses in Germany.
If you are buying alcoholic products and want them to be sent to a location outside of Germany, you are responsible for the whole delivery process, including the duty to guarantee for excise and import VAT duty, if applicable.
At your request, we can act on your behalf and charge a local delivery company with execution of the shipment in your name to an address nominated by you. We are happy to comply with your delivery instructions.
We will not accept any responsibility for any failure to comply with restrictions which may apply including without limitation: Confiscation of the goods or the imposition of any tax, customs fee or any other charge whatsoever or any legal liability for any such failure. You agree that in the event of the occurrence of any of the above that you will have no recourse to us whatsoever.
Please note that you as the sender will have to make arrangements for a tax representative in the UK to account for the UK duty before the goods are sent. You can collect the information needed for shipping and tax formalities at the HM Revenue & Customs site under
"Shopping on the Internet". Also take note of Notice 143 "Guide to International Post Users".
