Delivery

Please allow 5 working days to deliver the goods to you.

We deliver to the whole UK territory (except the Channel Islands) and use the means of transport that provides the best and quickest service for each area. If your product is lost or damaged in transit, you must make your claim in writing. Damaged products must be retained in case we need to inspect them. For failed deliveries, please wait 10 working days in case of delays.

Delivery Charges & Times

All our prices for Appliances are inclusive of delivery & installation charges.

For additional service such as recycling of old product, please contact us for a quote.

Delivery Checklist

Before ordering large appliances online, you should check that:

- The item will fit through your doors
- There is a clear path between the road and your doors
- Check that you have the correct fittings/pipework in place for any installation (Our carrier will not return to install a product if upon the initial delivery installation does not take place)

On the day of delivery, you should ensure that:

- There is a clear path through your home to where you want the appliance
- Your floors are covered to prevent scuffing Any delicate objects are put in a safe place
- You check the appliance fully
- You sign the POD – upon completion of a satisfactory delivery
