I began by ordering the wrong valve so the tube didn't fit. That one was returned, a new one ordered and delivered promptly, like the first, and sensibly packaged. A refund was processed as promised within 3 days of the return being received. I haven't had time to fit the latest tube yet but it is as described and looks like a good quality item. Great service, very efficient and straightforward.

Axle set was incorrect size. I had a spec query in about the size to confirm measurement. The question was answered and confirmed they were the wrong size but only after they were shipped, so too late to resolve. To return would have cost over £3 postage. So I have kept them but may never use them. They seem reasonable quality but I cannot vouch for that.
