The Sellers couriers left the parcel in a bin outside without leaving me a notification. on The Seller send me an email which said "item delivered". The bin is not a place to receive items. Furthermore, the item bought was not the same as described. The Seller wrote to me in his defence after I pointed out the bad service I received from his couriers!
