All our items can be returned for any reason, for either a refund or exchange.

In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us via sales@wtw.co and we will do all we can to resolve the issue.

You should ensure to return the item(s) within 14 days of delivery; the goods should be in the same condition as they were sent meaning unused and in the original packaging.

You should send us an email to sales@wtw.coinforming us of the issue and return.This will ensure we are aware of the issue and can process your return and or exchange straight away once received.

We will refund your delivery costs if the goods that we’ve sent are faulty, but for all other returns we will not refund delivery costs.

Before shipping, all orders are checked and packed securely to ensure the safe shipment and delivery of the product.
