We aim to please all our customers and offer a fast & efficient delivery service

Please do not bid or buy an item unless you are sure you want and intend making payment for it. Please make your payment within 4 days of winning your bid. All non-payers will be automatically reported after this time.

Returns

If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us so that we can sort your problem out quickly.

We accept returns, however the item must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt, be in the original packaging, unworn, in perfect condition with tags etc. intact & not smelling of smoke. You the customer must bear the cost of return postage. Please request a return via Ebay if you would like to return an item.

Please remeber to include your Ebay username, Full name & address with your return or we will not know who to refund. Once we receive your item/s back we will issue a refund within 48 hours, Monday - Friday only We do not refund any postage & packaging charges.

Any item/s received back after 14 days will be subject to a £3.00 administation charge per item.

We regret we are unable to exchange items, this is due to the high turn-around of items which can often be out of stock by the time your item has been returned. The quickest and easiest option is to re-purchase your required item.

We are very happy to leave feedback and will automatically do so once you have left yours. If you don't want to receive feedback the best way is not to leave any for us.
