Pre-Order Shoes

Orders are placed every Monday & our delivery is USUALLY Wed/Thurs of the same week, although not guaranteed. We will despatch the same day and email you to let you know & attach your tracking number to your Ebay order.

Postage & Packaging

Most of our items are sent by Royal Mail Track & Trace, this service requires a signature on delivery. All our items are discreetly wrapped in grey mailing bags or jiffy bags. We also offer the option of paying for Royal Mail Special Delivery for all our In-stock items, meaning any items paid for before 1pm will have guaranteed delivery next day by 1pm (excluding Saturday)

We cannot be held respnsible for any delays caused by Royal Mail.

Our items leave by 3pm Monday-Friday. Any items bought after 2pm will be sent the following day (in stock items only).

Unfortunately we cannot offer pick-up of your goods as we only have storage facilities.

Customs & Import Duty

If you order from outside the UK you may be subject to import duties & taxes once the package reaches your country. Any additinal charges must be bourne by you the customer.
