Our preferred payment method is by paypal but we also accept personal cheques, postal orders (uncrossed) and payments over the phone.

Deliveries

Whilst we do offer free shipping for mainland UK, some areas will incur a surcharge which will be listed below.

Returns

If you receive incomplete items, or if a part arrives broken, please complete the form located at this link. It'll be quicker than sending us a message, I promise.

This will allow us to deal with your requests efficiently and without the delays other methods cause.

Returning unwanted items is done using the same procedure, will take less than a minute and will make life so much easier for both parties. The form is located here.

Before completing the form for an unwanted item, please make sure the product is unused, complete and safely wrapped up in its original packaging and also check that any security tags are still intact (If any). Otherwise the return will be refused, returned back to you and to make matters worse you will be invoiced for the postage costs incurred.

Unfortunately we cannot cover the delivery costs incurred for either way, so please keep this in mind when returning unwanted items.

When the item is ready to be sent back to us, please make sure you pop in the returns note with the product, stating the reason for return and the outcome expected. Otherwise one of us will have a very confused face once the item gets delivered to us.

Just a note, Items that are not packaged or labelled in the right way will not be accepted through any of our returns routes, so double check!

You need to get returns back to us within the 7 day approval period.
