| We conscientiously check all items before despatch, however, if you need to return an item, please note the following:- If the item is faulty on arrival please contact us within 28 days. If the item is damaged on arrival please contact us within 5 days If you have simply changed your mind please contact us with 7 days. If the item is faulty we will gladly refund your postage costs, however we cannot cover this cost if it is simply an unwanted item. The item must be returned to us within 28 days.

Any returns should be well packaged as we cannot accept responsibility for any breakages whilst in transit and any returns must be in a saleable condition unless found to be faulty. Whilst we endeavour to offer a prompt refund customers should allow up to 48 hours for this refund to be made. Please note that we recommend that any high value goods should be returned using either Recorded Delivery, or if relevant, Special Delivery. We cannot action any refund until the goods have been received by us.
Upon receipt the admin team will acknowledge that the bulbs have been received by email and in the event of a refund, will refund the required amount in whichever way it was originally paid ( Paypal or Card Payment).
