| Whenever possible, we aim to despatch all orders received within 2 working days.
For urgent orders with a specific deadline (ie. inside of 72 hours) we always recommend using our Special Delivery next day option. Failure to do so may result in you missing your desired delivery date.
Most orders are delivered by Royal Mail 1st class post/recorded delivery. For heavy items these may be despatched via our courier. For international orders these are despatched via Royal Mail International Signed for Service, with an estimated delivery timescale of 3-4 working days.
Please allow up to 48 hours for despatch. Despite our best efforts, there will occasionally be unforeseen delays in delivery to you. Please remember that unless you have been notified by us of a delay then this will usually be the fault of Royal Mail and not us!
Where there appears to be undue delay we ask that you allow 5 working days from the item despatch notification before contacting us. Often the Post Office will have tried to deliver, although not always do they leave a card confirming this, therefore we recommend that you contact your local sorting office to check or alternatively the item may have been left with a neighbour. Additionally it is worth checking that the address details that you gave us are correct, as if the item is returned to us we will have to make an additional postage charge to re-despatch. If these checks prove unsuccessful please do contact us, whereupon we will do our utmost to rectify the situation.
We are pleased to say that in excess of 99% of all orders despatched arrive the following day.
