Delivery
If an item is purchased during our business hours of 9am – 6pm Monday to Saturday, we will post the item to you within 24 hours. The dispatch time can be minimised by including all required details along with your payment. If ordered outside of this time please allow 48 hours.
Our postage costs are based not only on the weight and size of the item but also the packing materials and handling costs attached to it. We only charge what we consider fair to both the customer and ourselves. Included in this price and for your peace of mind is signed for delivery within the UK.
Please check the shipping cost of the item before you bid. If you have any questions regarding the dispatch process please do not hesitate to contact us.If an item arrives damaged please keep all of the original packaging. If a claim is to be made with the delivery company this will be required.
Returns
If for any reason the item is not as described in the listing we would be happy to offer a full refund upon the return of the item in the original packaging. The return postage costs will be covered if we have made a mistake. Please contact us before returning any item as we will advise you on the best way to proceed.
Faulty / Damaged items
If the item has been damaged in transit please keep all of the original packaging. Where an item is faulty we will replace this at no cost to you. If a replacement is not available a full refund will be given. If a replacement is available but a refund is requested we will refund only the item price, not the postage costs.
Feedback
If there is any aspect of the transaction you are not completely satisfied with please contact us before leaving feedback as we may be able to sort something out for you. We aim to provide maximum customer service until you are 100% satisfied. Any problems you have will be dealt with quickly and honestly.
