As I explain in my review I had never receive the part, and in USPS tracking it shows never has picked up from the seller, now it is possible post office has lost it or they never scan it, one way or other way its got lost, I hope seller can resolve this matter with the local office of where it was deliver. Therefore I can not give any rating on item Description or not on Shipping time
