We provide standard free postage to UK residents only.
Customers outside the UK will have to pay the standard postage charges. Selected countries will only have the International Signed For option as alot of parcels would go missing without it.
If you want to return your item, you are expected to cover the charge to send it back unless something has been sent in error we will cover the cost by refunding the difference.
If you have received a faulty item, please get in contact with us to resolve the problem as quick and smootly as possible.
We send out all orders made before 2pm UK time. If you have not received your order after a long period of time, it may be due to weather conditions or problems that may occur around the area. Please contact us for advice.
If your parcel does not turn up after a long period of time, we will put in a claim by sending out a form for the customer to sign and return for a refund or replacement.
